- 01Once you enroll, you will log in and then have access to the course material. Complete the course and the quizzes at your pace. Once you have completed all of the courses sections and quizzes, a photo will appear telling you that you have completed the course. 🎉 If you don't see that, something is not complete. Scroll back to find the incomplete section and finish it. Now the photo will pop up. At that point we are notified you have completed the course, and within hours we will email your printable certificate and digital badge. If we add new information to the course, you will be notified via email so you can log in and stay up to date!! ➡️ Use your digital badge and post it on on LinkedIn or any other social media. ➡️ Add CBC as a post nominal after your name. - 02Because enrollment in the CBC™ Certification Program includes immediate access to downloadable materials, workflow tools, templates, and course content, refunds are limited. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that all of the following conditions are met: less than 15% (5 lessons) of the course has been completed starting with Module 1. no certificate has been issued no digital badge has been issued After any one of these thresholds are exceeded, all sales are considered final. - 03Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during purchase. Please note: Refund requests are reviewed only after payment processing has fully completed. Initial payment processing may take approximately 3–5 business days depending on the financial institution. Once a refund is approved and issued, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear on your card or account statement.
